Joe Ferrazza

With deep roots in Schaumburg and a lifelong commitment to family and community, I have built my career around helping others protect what matters most. Growing up in this vibrant town, I spent the first 25+ years of my life making memories, going to school, learning to drive, and forging lasting friendships that continue to enrich my life today. It’s a privilege to be back in Schaumburg and reconnect with the community that shaped who I am.

I’m married and a proud father of three kids, along with our loyal rescue dog who’s a centerpiece of our family. Outside of work, I’m an avid musician and love to spend quality time with my family - whether we’re on vacation, at a baseball field or enjoying a college football game together.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University and my MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School, which have provided me with a strong foundation to serve others effectively.

I chose the insurance industry after a 10-year career working in professional sports, including years with Chicago’s pro football team, Walter Payton, as well as Target Chip Ganassi Racing and the Chicago Motor Speedway. This unique background taught me the value of teamwork, dedication, and integrity - qualities I bring to my work every day.

Professionally, I’m passionate about helping individuals, families that have children with special needs, and small business owners to protect what matters most to them. With a focus on personalized, ethical service, I provide guidance across home, auto, life, and retirement insurance to help build stable, balanced lives.

I believe in listening closely to understand each person’s unique needs and priorities, so I can offer protection that truly fits their situation. Integrity and compassion are at the heart of how I work, and I’m committed to building trusting, long-term relationships with everyone I serve.

With 25 years of experience in the industry, I remain dedicated to continuous learning to ensure I provide the most relevant and effective support. I’m deeply invested in my community and strive to make a positive difference beyond the office.
