Joe Ferrazza

With deep roots in Schaumburg for over 50 years, I have built my career around helping people protect what matters most - family, home, and livelihood- while staying closely connected to the community that shaped who I am. I spent the first 25+ years of my life growing up here: going to school, learning to drive, building friendships, and forming values that still guide me today. Being back in in my childhood hometown and serving the place I called home for so many years is something I genuinely appreciate.

I’m Joe Ferrazza, and outside the office I’m a husband, a proud father of three kids, and the owner of a loyal rescue dog who’s a big part of our family. Music has always been a passion of mine, and when I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family - on vacation, at a baseball field, or enjoying a college football game together. My education has given me a strong foundation for the work I do. I earned my Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University and later completed my MBA at Lake Forest Graduate School, experiences that strengthened my approach to serving others with clarity and accountability. Before entering the insurance industry, I spent more than a decade working in professional sports and motorsports environments. That chapter of my career reinforced the importance of teamwork, preparation, and integrity - qualities I carry into my work every day. Those experiences ultimately led me to a profession where I could focus on people, relationships, and long-term protection.

Professionally, I’m passionate about helping individuals, families - including those with children who have special needs - and small business owners prepare for life’s changes. I provide guidance across Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, and Business Insurance, helping customers understand their options and choose coverage that fits their situation. Whether someone is insuring a new vehicle, protecting a home, or preparing for their family’s future, my approach starts with listening and understanding priorities. With 25 years of experience in the industry, I stay committed to ongoing learning so I can continue offering relevant, responsible support. I’m deeply invested in my community and strive to make a positive difference both inside and outside the office.
