Joe Ferrazza

With deep roots in Schaumburg for more than 50 years, I’ve built my career around helping people protect what matters most—family, home, and livelihood—while staying closely connected to the community that shaped who I am. I spent the first 25+ years of my life here, from school and learning to drive to building friendships and forming the values that still guide me today. Returning to my childhood hometown and serving the place I called home for so many years is something I genuinely appreciate.

My name is Joe Ferrazza. Outside the office, I’m a husband, a proud father of three, and the owner of a loyal rescue dog who’s truly part of our family. Music has always been a passion of mine, and when I’m not working, you’ll usually find me making time with my family—on vacation, at a baseball field, or enjoying a college football game together.

My education and career path gave me a strong foundation for the work I do. I earned my Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University and later completed my MBA at Lake Forest Graduate School, experiences that strengthened my approach to serving others with clarity and accountability. Before entering the insurance industry, I spent more than a decade working in professional sports and motorsports environments. That chapter reinforced the importance of teamwork, preparation, and integrity—qualities I bring to my work every day. It also helped lead me to a profession where I could focus on people, relationships, and long-term protection.

Professionally, I’m passionate about helping individuals, families—including families with children who have special needs - and small business owners prepare for life’s changes. I provide guidance across Auto, Home, Life, and Business Insurance, helping customers understand their options and choose coverage that fits their situation.
